"Modification" is the core step in commercializing pure PPO. The key lies in functionalizing the molecular chain ends (e.g., introducing methacrylate or divinylbenzene groups) to enable "active PPO" to participate in the cross-linking and curing of CCL resin systems, addressing the issues of insufficient heat resistance and poor adhesion in PCB processing.
